Our treatments include spot treatments, spray and fog treatments, perimeter treatments, surface and broadcast treatments, and

trapping or baiting for rodents. After a thorough inspection, we apply the best treatment suited for controlling the identified pest.  Only products registered with the Environmental Protection Agency and the Structural Pest Control Board of California are applied during your service.

You will receive a call to remind you of your upcoming service.  On the day of your service, we will meet you at the door to talk to you about problems you may have encountered.  We will then do a thorough inspection for signs of pest activity, then treat up to 30 feet from from your home.  Spider webs and wasps nests are removed from the walls of your home, and the exterior service is complete.

The interior of your home can be treated at your request. We do not require an interior treatment at each regular service.  If a problem arises that we feel should be treated, we will recommend the proper treatment, then allow you to make the decision.

An interior treatment for ants, spiders, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish, or other common household pests may take only a few minutes.  Interior treatments include all corners and baseboard areas that are accessible to prevent crawling insects and spiders.

Inspections and trapping for rodents inside the home and garage areas (sorry, the attic area is not included) are included with the regular service.  Treatments for the occasional household pests not included in the regular service are available, and can be added as a one-time service for a nominal cost.
